These are the reported side effects of COVID-19 that I know after studying about it from other people's experiences and written articles. It was reported that the side effects of COVID-19 vaccines have mostly been mild to moderate and short-lasting. It includes fever, fatigue, headache, muscle pain, chills, diarrhea, and pain at the injection site. The chances of any of these side effects following vaccination differ according to the specific COVID-19 vaccine.
First dose
The first day (1st September 2021)
So today I got my first dose and that's how my September starts. It wasn't as bad as I thought or what people would say. No fever for me on the first day. Well, maybe a slight chill. That's all. Just a sore and numb hand on the side I got the shot. So far it was good except for I felt very tired and sleepy.
I had a long day as just after I got vaccinated, I sent my sister to her doctor's appointment, went grocery shopping, and ran some errands for my aunt. Then it was just like any other day where I do my routine but of course with my sister accompanying me throughout the day. She was worried that the side effect might take effect while I was outside busy doing my things. She's super sweet, always.
Just as I thought I could finally rest, I was wrong. haha. At night we had to go to the doctor to take my aunt for a check-up as she was not feeling very well. It's not something new but we had to always be prepared for any emergency, ones that might need us to handle the situation. You'll never know. It's a part of our responsibility. Alhamdulillah.
And after that my day ends with some writing and brainstorming. I'm dead tired but my brain just won't stop working and thinking. That's not good I know and I'm trying to fix it.
This is the result of my writing while I was drowsy. Just gonna keep it here so that I can come back and compare it later. If it sounds or looks weirds, I apologize. We had our days.
The next day (2nd September 2021)
I couldn't really sleep the day before even though I was dead tired as I can't sleep on my left side. I'm not used to sleeping on just one side. It's hard. sobs. Very uncomfortable. I'm gonna get my beauty sleep later once the pain and numbness wear off.
So far it was okay. Not that bad. Many told me that if my first dose were not bad, I should be prepared for my second one. It might be worse.
If you don't mind. Feel free to share your experience too.
Oh, guys, I made a new TikTok account. Feel free to follow me here. I may not post and be as active as I did a few years back but I'll still post from time to time. Let's be friends on TikTok too.
