A piece of your mind drama review

A piece of your mind drama review | If you've followed me for the past few years, you should know that I've never once written about movie or drama reviews. Most of time I enjoy writing about lifestyle. Since I'm not really good at writing reviews, I'm trying my best to keep on learning and write a better one. 

If you know me, I'm not the kind who enjoys the romance genre. I don't favour cringe lines and dialogues in a scene. I tend to skip all those parts all the time. Since I enjoy fast paced kinds of movies and dramas, I never thought A piece of your mind would've left such an impact on me. Now I know why people were so sad because they cut out 4 episodes from drama out of 16 episodes. I could've enjoyed a few more episodes.

I've been watching a lot of crime, action, thriller and all the heavy stuff. All the fighting and killings excites me every time I watch it. It doesn't bore me as much as all the other genres. But surprisingly, this one is quite nice to watch. I guess it doesn't hurt to change pace for a bit. 

Not gonna say anything on the cast or storyline. All the actors and actresses played their roles beautifully. Yeah, I love them too. So, I'm gonna skip that part.

My thoughts on A Piece of Your Mind Drama

A piece of your mind is soothing and healing. I know it's a bit slow for some people but I find this one really interesting. Maybe there's a part of me that needs healing. I enjoyed the drama. A lot. It is kinda sad because not so many people enjoy this. This drama really deserves more. 

Despite what other people say about this drama, I just love it. I love the way they try to comfort and heal each other. Instead of saying words, it's enough by just being near and knowing that they're there for each other. They understand each other without even needing to say a word.

I don't mind all about the technologies they're trying to create and so on. It's a part of how the story grows. I do love the ideas. I think it's cool. Still, there were so many things that were hard to understand but instead of talking about that I'll just focus on the main characters. 

Both characters slowly help to fix all the broken pieces together. That's just like how life is. Things go on and you need to move on. It doesn't stop until you stop trying and stop breathing. There will be a time when you just need to stop running and confront your own worst fear. Just like how In Wook finally overcame his grief towards Ji Soo's death and Ha Won worked up the courage to return to the place where he experienced so much pain. Each person finds their own strength to go on.

For me, A Piece of Your Mind drama is not that heavy and not too light either. This drama leaves you points to wonder in life. It helps you doze off but at the same time you're eager to know what will happen next. You can expect it but you decided to wait for it. I understand why people kept on criticising the drama.  

I would usually skip a few episodes if it is too slow but again, surprisingly I watch every episode of the drama. I was amazed at myself from doing so because this is so not me. Until the very end, the drama was very heartwarming. You know sometimes you can relate all that is happening in the story with yours. I mean all the emotions and words. It just caught up to me. Sometimes I paused a few seconds to actually absorb the words or when the emotions suddenly struck me.

Just like how it is now. We were given so much time to spare on so many other things, instead of going out. I gave myself a chance to watch something I usually don't. A change of pace in life as well as dramas. I hope you get what I meant.

I may have missed many other things related but this is just the main reason why I love the drama. An honest thought I had since I started watching it. Have you guys watched it? Will you give it a try for this drama? What's your thoughts on this?
