I've never really shared about my favourite things to do specifically because my post are very random. Many have asked me to share it but having less time to write and composed my post throws me out of it. Maybe I'll write a little bit detail on how I started to love running. I don't really run, most of the time I jog. It depends on my mood.
First of all, I'm a slow runner that's why I usually say I jog because I think I go lower than 6 mph. Well that's what I think. XD
Curious
Miss Ray here is not a good runner to begin with but she loves to see people running. I've been watching people running very steadily and consistent that it makes me jealous of them. I'm always out of breathe not being able to run long.
I was curious at how did these people run without even stopping while I can barely run for 5 minutes and end up rolling over on the ground. Kidding, I did not. I was just there laying on the ground thinking of my past life.
Well that was years ago when I was an adolescent.
I hate running
Back then I used to hate running and runs only when I was told to. No special feelings added. I ran with no emotions as if I don't know the real purpose of me running or the reason why they're asking me to run. Why do I even have to run? When it's time my feet begin to move and I'm running. When it ends I got hungry and I go get food. That's it.
(I was in a boarding school for 5 years so yeah all those training and running are necessary for some reason. That's why my schedule are kinda fixed and that I have to do the same thing each day for a certain time)
I began to understand and love it
As a sports person, I don't really like running but playing sports is a no problem. To make it short, as I try to understand the importance of running I began to love it. I started experimenting and challenging myself to run or jog whenever I can. The outcome was amazing and I can never stop. I enjoy each and every step I took while running. It gave me so much joy and happiness. Alhamdulillah.
I don't know if you really can relate this but I personally enjoys running and it has been a part of me. These are just my personally opinions and thoughts.
Scientifically, it's much more interesting to talk about it with all the science based knowledge since it's upon logical and conceptual connections between evidence and explanations. I wonder if I should share it? Well, it's true that science disciplines share common rules of obtaining and evaluation all the evidence empirically.
Okay enough of that, I don't want to make this as a science text book. You know what I meant.
Anyone else love running?

Hello Ray!!! I understand your struggles! I love LOVE running, it takes my mind away from my life for a couple of minutes and it feels great to just... run while I'm at it. haha!

actually i got jealous of someone who can run normally cuz i can't because of an anemic that i suffer rn. doktor tak kasi sangat izzati libatkan diri dalam aktiviti yang lasak hehe. but, jogging and walking is okay cuz i need to do some exercise too but kinda tired la. lol. you're cute, sis. it's normal cuz izzati pun sometimes, jogging sikit, jumpa mana-mana warung or cafe, terus stop by to get some food. hehe. pls have a nice day sis!! enjoy your life. <3 :3

i wish i could love running as well. ever since school until today, i'm still so slow when it comes to running or jogging and i would feel jealous of other people too hahahah

I was like that too at first. I kept on questioning why and did't even try. But even tho I'm slow I'll still keep on going. There's no harm in it as long as you enjoy it. Even if you're not as fast or as good as others, you're still doing the best you can and enjoy being on your own personal pace. so you should be proud of it. ^^

Pernah sekali tu cuba nak berlari, bertahan 1 hari sahaja. Lepas tu dah malas berlari. Cuma seronok ramai rakan-rakan dah mula berlari untuk sihat. Bila la boleh start balik ni. Hehe
