Zinger Waffle Burger by KFC

Hi lovelies. I hope everyone is doing good. In the midst of preparing my proposals I decided to take a little break. So, here's a new post for this week. This is not a food review but just mainly my opinion on the new Zinger Waffle Burger from KFC's latest menu.

I'm not the kind who is up to date with new things on the market but this time it is just a mere coincidence that I happen to come across a KFC nearby. Since it was raining and my stomach were grumbling asking for food, why not grab something from KFC since it was actually convenience for me that I don't need to wet my clothes due to the rain.

I don't particularly had anything on mind about what to eat and the first thing I saw was the word waffle. I do remember seeing the ads somewhere a few times while streaming the internet a few days ago. Okay then why not try that one.

Here's my thought on the Zinger Waffle Burger.

Never thought that it would be this big. The box is. It has been a while since I last ate a burger. I would always prefer to order a wrap instead of any burger or any piece of chicken. There's a reason why. 

Looks kinda cute and small but nope it's super big for my tiny hand. And it' actually felt actually even bigger when I took the first bite. I do have trouble eating large burgers. Never really had any huge burgers before, and nope I've never even tried big mac. Nope not ever. But if I do, I might need someone else to share it with. It might not seem too big for some people but it is for me. 

So, what's inside?

The picture says it all. There's a Belgian Waffle and in between those two Belgian waffles are chicken strips, maple syrup,  zinger fillet, and mayonnaise. Trust me, I didn't actually expect that there is actually a maple syrup inside but it was there under the layers beneath all those layers of fillet and chicken strips.

How does it taste?

How should I describe it I wonder? I'm so bad at this but I actually like it. Not because it taste super good or anything but the fact that it taste a bit different from all other burgers. I like sweets and a little drop of maple syrup did a good job at giving of the sweet taste when I savours it inside my mouth. Well, I was often told that I did have a weird preference when it comes to food.

The combination of both the Belgian waffle and chicken fillet is not that bad at all. I thought it would taste super weird but it surprise me that it doesn't. Since I've never really had any burgers for quite a while, this is not bad at all.

Will I eat it again?

Maybe yes. I'd love to try it again but next time I might have to bring my fork and knife. Well, It's a waffle right. What's another way to eat a waffle? haha kidding.
